Music to my ears eventually!

Well another weekend is nearly over, just where does the time go and why does'nt it go that quick on a weekday!!! saying that if I was off on monday that would fly past as well,
I had it in my head to get myself a new Mp3 player well to be honest theres always something floating around in my head that once it gets in there theres no getting it out until whatever it is I want I have ( No im not spoilt im just a female that wants everything) So I make this decision on Friday as the MP3 I currently have is great theres no wires you just simply shove it in your ears and your away but the earphones are a bit larger than norm and do hurt after a while so since at work we can now listen to music I thought I need to check out whats hot out there in techno world, Im not sure if its the norm for a girl/woman but I love gadgets I would happily have every gadget you could think of but then I would need a huge mansion and thats not going to happen anytime soon unless the lotto wants to shine its luck on me ( its hasnt bloody so far Im one of those people that never even win a tenner) So where do I start well the local electrical shops always look good you know the ones comet, curries, hmv, argos etc im thinking this is going to be so easy theres bound to be loads of new ones on the market since I last bought one hahahahaha what a joke.
NONE of the electrical shops had say more than say 4 and they were either the really cheap ones or the ones for like £200, well I want something in the middle but unless I want an Ipod Im pretty much screwed, I even asked one shop assistant
"do you actually sell anything other than Ipods?"
"Ill go check" (would have thought he would have known its like asking someone in asda "do you sell apples?"
he arrives back " No sorry just ipods"
I think I must have stood there with my gob open looking a bit simple (not a new look for me really)
So its near the end of the day and im think bloody hell ive been to about 6 shops and theres nothing only Ipods everywhere I go no offence but I DONT WANT A IPOD the itunes thing just irritates me as been there done that and they shouldnt be stealing the market!!

Im sitting in the car with my beloved with a proper lip on now thinking what a crap day as went for pub lunch and the cake they served me was proper pants it was suposed to be a bakewell tart it was dry with no jam in but unlike me I just couldnt be bothered to moan and complain, I had to watch my beloved going mmm yum as apparently his Eaton mess was amazing but im not bitter (much!) good thing though I put the uneaten cake in my pocket (much to the shock of a woman sitting on the next table) and give it to two crows outside hanging around as birds do who at least enjoyed it more than me ( yes im a bit odd) anyway getting back on track, I went home looked at the supermarkets online and saw a little samsung one which was a reasonable price and was cheaper than argos who were selling the same one, but alas the usualy problem by the time you add on postage (even if you get it delivered to the shop which is a complete joke) it was level pegging with argo's prices,£34.99.  So sunday my delightful beloved trots off to get me it (im not lazy I just had a bit of a hangover and was delicate) I got my samsung Tictoc in pink and have to say its pretty cool and it charged in no time its tiny its 2gb (you can get 4gb  as well and also you can get it in blue) and I love it. So result Im happy for now until something else gets trapped in the want side of my brain, but no doubt you'll hear about it.
